Last week, when I was up in NC, I was offered (out of nowhere) a full time job at a functional fine art gallery owned by a guy I went to Davidson with. It promises to be fun and exciting, and I really have been wanting to move back up there for a while, so I've decided to take it. That'll mean moving up at the beginning of October for a whirlwind week of reorganizing and preparing for a visiting artist (ie. jumping in with both feet). I'm pretty sad to be leaving SPS, as they are truly like family to me now, but all signs point to it being the right time to move on to something else.
